HEPA-ThermaGard™ filters, used in ovens for cleanrooms and laboratories, are manufactured in a requirement range from 300°F to 750°F. Frame construction of galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum is available in ASHRAE, hepa or ulpa performance. These filters include either silicon or glass gasket, depending on temperature.
