Pharmadix and Imulsa chose HEPA Corporation's Q3-4000 Gridless® Filter Ceiling System for their cleanroom.

The Q3-4000 Gridless® Filter Ceiling System does not require a grid and the filters are installed from the roomside using only nut drivers furnished with the package. The filters, flush lighting , and fire suppression system are locked into a provided channel which is typically hung from the room’s ceiling. The frames of the filters act as a " grid ". The installation at Pharmadix also incorporated HEPA Corporation’s Challenger fan filter units. While the filters do not require a gel seal to meet specification, Pharmadix also added HEPA Corporation's PERMA-HOOD® Roomside Replaceable System which includes, in this application, a Q3-4000 Gridless® housing with a knife edge that seals into a gel channel filter, all from the roomside. The PERMA-HOOD® Roomside Replaceable requires no tools as the filters snap in and out in seconds leaving room downtime at a minimum.
